The Charm of Heavenly Rebuke is an Omamori Charm in the single-player game Ghost of Tsushima. It is a major Utility Charm that buffs Heavenly Strike when used in groups of enemies.
Charm Ability
On performing Heavenly Strike, there is a chance for lightning to strike a nearby enemy.
Performing Heavenly Strike can do damage to nearby enemies. This is a similar effect as the multiplayer Legends charm Heavenly Rebuke.
This is a major charm and cannot be used in the minor charm slots.
How to Get the Charm of Heavenly Rebuke
The Charm of Heavenly Rebuke can be purchased for 25 Ghost Flowers from Baku the Voiceless during a new game plus playthrough.

The Charm of Heavenly Rebuke gains extra usefulness when paired with the following charms:
Charm of Amaterasu – players will most likely kill enemies when using Heavenly Strike and this charm will restore a moderate amount of health.
Charm of Ferocity – more damage for melee attacks, including Heavenly Strike
