Kenji’s Shared Brew is obtained as a legendary random drop when completing Ghost of Tsushima: Legends missions.
Because it doesn’t drop from a specific event, the best way to get Kenji’s Shared Brew is to complete Nightmare difficulty missions and Tales of Iyo raids for their overall increased chance of legendary drops.
Special Ability
A Healing Gourd that also heals nearby allies when used.
Cooldown: 90 seconds
Kenji’s Shared Brew lets the player heal nearby teammates when used. Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide any other benefits and players are always better off with a different legendary such as the Forbidden Medicine or Restorative Rhythm.
