How to Get Sucrose
Sucrose comes as a random roll during a Character Event Wish. However, these events rotate so you will want to save your Wishes until she comes back around.

Normal Attack: Wind Spirit Creation
Normal Attack – Performs up to 4 attacks using Wind Spirits, dealing Anemo Damage.
Charged Attack – Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Anemo Damage after a short casting time.
Plunging Attack – Calling upon the power of her Wind Spirits, Sucrose plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damage all opponents in her path. Deals AoE Anemo Damage upon impact with the ground.
Astable Anemohypostasis – 6308
Creates a small Wind Spirit that pulls opponents and objects towards its location, launches opponents within its AoE, and deals Anemo Damage.
