The Cross Attack awakening 
was introduced to North American Puzzles in the Version 19.1 update.
It is an offensive awakening that:
- Multiplies attack by 2.5x for each Cross Attack awakening when creating a cross of 5 orbs with the same attribute as the owning card. The attack multiplier is applied to the cross itself.
- Decreases the darkened orb status by 3 turns for each Cross Awakening.
Example: Creating 1 cross match with a 2 Cross Awakenings will reduce darkened orbs by 6 turns.

How Much is Damage Increased with Multiple Cross Attack Awakenings?
Damage is increased to 2.5x for each Cross Attack awakening on the card. The multiplier is only applied to crosses with the same attributes as the owning card (Fire, Water, Wood, Light, Dark).
Example
= 2.5 x 2.5 = 6.25x Damage
= 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 = 15.625x Damage
= 2.5 x 2.5 = 12.5x Damage
= 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 = 39.0625x Damage
Teams for Cross Attack Awakening
Cards with the Cross Attack awakening are best on color cross teams where the leaderskill is based on making non-heart crosses.
These will want to have multiple awakenings since it ramps up damage very quickly.
