The Sacred Iron is obtained as a legendary random drop when completing Ghost of Tsushima: Legends missions.
Because it doesn’t drop from a specific event, the best way to get the Sacred Iron is to complete Nightmare difficulty missions and Tales of Iyo raids for their overall increased chance of legendary drops.

Combat Regeneration
Health Regenerates up to 50 max health and healing rate reduced by half while fighting. It is a good perk to have if you don’t have any healing options.
Fire Master
Increase fire damage by 25% and is a must-have perk for any fire build.
Health Increase
Standard 25 HP increase preferred for players who need more health to survive encounters
Impactful Throws
Moves that send enemies flying like the shoulder rush (Sprint + Circle), Super Massive Kunai now place in a downed state. They will stay down longer and players will be able to perform Critical Strikes. Assassins will get the most use out of this perk.
Leeching Parry
A Perfect Parry restores 25 health. The Resolve Gain portion of the perk currently broken meaning it does not fill the ultimate gauge faster after performing a Perfect Parry.
Resolve Increase – Increase maximum Resolve by 1
Super Armor
Players are no longer interrupted when they are damaged other than attacks that send them airborne. It synergizes well with Sacred Iron since the player has to be hit with melee in order to activate.
