The Last Breath is obtained as a legendary random drop when completing Ghost of Tsushima: Legends missions.
Because it doesn’t drop from a specific event, the best way to get the Last Breath is to complete Nightmare difficulty missions and Tales of Iyo raids for their overall increased chance of legendary drops.
Last Breath Special Ability
Instead of taking fatal damage, heal for 50 health. Can occur every 5 minutes.
This legendary gear lets players not die once every 5 minutes.
